So, you've found your prince, said 'yes' and are now planning your happily ever after. Let us help you make your day more special by hosting your reception in our elegant ballroom. Easily able to seat 300 guests and family, Click Family Alumni Hall is the perfect place for you to celebrate this momentous occasion.

The following is a basic list of policies and procedures to help make your day the best it can be. Please refer to the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center Usage Guidelines for more information.

Candles

Candles must be placed on or in some form of container to prevent wax spills.
The flame must be at least one inch from the top of the container or floating in water.

Decorations

Decorations may not be affixed to walls, ceilings, or stairways of the Alumni Center unless approved in advance by the building manager.
Party decorations and furniture rearrangements must be coordinated in advance with the building manager.
All types of confetti and glitter are prohibited in the Alumni Center.
Flowers, rice, birdseed, wheat, and other similar materials may not be tossed as you exit either the room or the building.
Certain decorative items may be available for rent from the Alumni Center.

Availability

Depending upon reception time, the room will be available a maximum of 8 hours prior to the event.
All events must conclude no later than midnight.

Cakes

Cakes may be provided from outside vendors.
The vendor does not need to be one of the approved caterers for the Alumni Center.

Alcohol

Alcohol may be served at your event.
A licensed beverage provider is required to serve alcohol.
The caterer must be one of the approved caterers for the Alumni Center.
A security fee will be charged for each hour of the event when alcohol is being served.
